I spent 25 years in corporate environments raising awareness and connecting the dots between behavioral health, performance, and employee wellbeing. My work designing and developing Mindfulness training at Goldman Sachs has appeared in Fortune and Bloomberg magazines. I have relied on practical uses of meditation and imagery throughout my entire career to solve complex business problems. Additionally, I developed multiple resiliency programs for employees in high performance environments.
Clinically, I specialize in addiction recovery, encouraging clients to develop their inner wisdom and commit more fully to their purpose and strengths. I continue to provide resiliency training in large corporate settings, hoping to reach creative people who will initiate constructive change.
